Center the cardboard between the front and back of the shirt. It should also be centered from side-to-side and placed up to the shoulders. Place the Mickey head stencil just under the collar of the shirt and center it from side-to-side. I found that the black paint splattered quite a bit, so I put paper towel just above Mickey to protect the top of the shirt. Spray in even squirts to cover as much of the exposed material in the Mickey head shaped stencil. It likely will not covered 100% thoroughly and evenly. This is ok.
