Here is where I am going to admit that the extent of my knowledge of Krill  is when they were swimming quickly away from the whale in Finding Nemo.  In all seriousness, when I injured my knee years ago, someone suggested fish oil as a natural alternative.  According to that person, the Omega-3 Fatty Acids were supposed to help the joints.  According to my internet search, Krill Oil is supposed to have a much higher amount of Omega-3 than fish oil.
