Easter Basket for Teen Boys

Building an Easter Basket for Teen Boys

Even though Marvel Boy turned 13 this year, (GASP!) he is still interested in Easter baskets.  Unfortunately, he has outgrown many of the pre-made Easter baskets LONG ago!  This year, I heard that The Northwest was interested in seeing how bloggers could use one of their products in an Easter basket.  [FTC disclosure – I did receive an item free for this post.]

Star Wars Blanket from The NorthWest

Marvel Boy LOVES Star Wars, so I thought he would like this “Being Chewie” Adult Comfy Throw ($24.95) from The Northwest.  He likes to use blankets year round, so this throw will get LOTS of use!  I did check it out, and it looks exactly like the picture.  I did think the throw is a little on the thin side, but that will allow Marvel Boy to use it all year long without getting too hot while still giving him some warmth in the winter months.

Star Wars Blanket and Add Chocolate

I started by using a nondescript basket that wouldn’t be taken as “too girly”.  Of course, I can’t just put this throw in there…

Completed Easter Basket for Teen Boys

I decided to choose Marvel Boy’s favorite Hershey chocolate to round out his Easter basket.  Being a teenager, he really didn’t need a lot of frills.  All he needs is something nice that he likes along with some chocolate.

The Northwest has a lot of fun “character” blankets!  From sports, to Disney, to other fun kid brands in adult and children’s sizes.  Make sure to check them out!

What do you add to an Easter basket for teen boys?

Disclosure:  I did receive the “Being Chewie” Adult Comfy Throw for free in hopes that I would share with you.  All opinions are my own.
