I don’t know about you, but it seems to be hotter this year than the last two. We live in a house that does not have central air, so our window units are working overtime to keep things cool. Because of that, we try to eat more foods that don’t have to be heated in the oven. Sometimes, we just run out for something quick to eat to keep things cooler in the house.
One of the places we like to go for something quick is Subway. I like that I can fill up without blowing my diet, and the kids can get what they like without breaking the bank.

My favorite thing to do in the summer is spend time with my niece. Most of the year she is in school. but in the summer, we go to movies, shop go explore. Have fun!!!!!

OMG, this is so hard for me to pinpoint. I’m an educator so being off for the summer to enjoy everything it has to offer is my favorite thing to do! Living in the Charleston area, there is always something to do. I love going to the beach and various festivals. Just last night, friends and I went to the Reggae in the Park series that takes place each year. Lots of fun! 🙂
