Cross Your Legs and Don’t Sneeze

Have you had any children?  Then, you probably know what I am about to say.  It all started when my son, the big bouncing boy that he was, played patty-cake on my bladder before he was born.  I remember needing to run to the bathroom all of a sudden because I thought I might pee my pants.  Sound familiar?

Well, after he was born, I thought it would get better, but it didn’t.  Soon, it didn’t take much.  A sneeze…  Yes, there are times that I sneeze, and I know I had better run.  You know the feeling…  That light leaking feeling when you sneeze?

But, we moms don’t want to say anything.  It’s a taboo subject, right?  I mean who wants to say anything about bladder leakage?  We’re still fairly young, right?  Bladder leakage is for old people, right?  WRONG!  You know it’s wrong!  Look at the following stats:

• More people with bladder leakage are in their 20’s than their 80’s
• The average age of someone with bladder leakage is only 52!
• More people with bladder leakage are 50 or younger than 60 or older!

More people with bladder leakage are in their 20’s than in their 80’s!  That’s just amazing to me!  That’s why I’m glad that Depend is working to take the “taboo” out of this topic.  There are just too many people who suffer from bladder leakage to keep this topic in the dark.

Depend Silhouette Active Fit 2

Do you have bladder leakage?  Depend has a new product:  Depend Silhouette Active Fit.  The Depend Silhouette Active Fit has a lower rise to fit more like regular underwear.  They also come in beige and black to work for the majority of people.  If you have or know someone who has a problem with bladder leakage, make sure to get a FREE sample.  You can get that sample at this link!

Depend is entering its second year of “Underwareness” which is a social movement to break down the bladder leakage stigma.  As part of “Underwareness”, the Depend brand is encouraging people to show their support for women with bladder leakage.  For every photo and video shared using “#Underwareness” and featuring Depend products, the Depend brand will donate $1, up to $3 million, through 2016 to fund charities that advance the research and education of bladder leakage.  Wow!  That is a HUGE amount!

Please help support this cause by visiting Depend to get your FREE sample and to support #Underwareness!
