Keep Your Laces Secure with LaceLocker

Disclosure: I received the below product free of charge for the purpose of this review.

LaceLockers

Do your shoe laces untie often?  Do you have to double-knot your laces but find them flapping as you walk and run?  My daughter’s shoes always have long laces, and she spends time always making sure they are double-knotted before she heads out the door.

LaceLockers Instructions

LaceLockers work by using velcro to keep the laces in the center of the shoe.  That way, the laces don’t untie, nor do they flap up and hit the wearer’s ankles.

LaceLockers Step 1

To put a LaceLocker on a shoe, just slide the stiff back behind the laces going through the top two eyelets.  My daughter always keeps her laces so tight, that I had to loosen the laces quite a bit to get the LaceLocker in place.

LaceLockers Step 2

Then, just lay the laces down the center of the LaceLocker.  Try not to get the knot in the LaceLocker as it will make it harder to close.

LaceLockers Step 3

Finally, fold the sides over, so the flap with print is on the top.  The first time, I got the knot too far down, and it was hard to get the LaceLocker shut.  When I pulled the knot up, the LaceLocker closed easier and neater.

My daughter seemed to like wearing her LaceLockers and mentioned that she thought her brother might like them when he gets laced shoes next.  She said that he would probably like the fact that his laces weren’t hitting him His newest shoes don’t have laces, so we’ll have to wait until he gets new shoes to try some out on him.

Now, because I do give honest reviews, I have to mention something.  When I received these in the mail, there was postage due on the envelope.  The owner had put stamps on the envelope but was short.  I don’t know how these are normally sent out.  They may be sent out in a different way from how mine were sent to me.

Having said that, I do think that LaceLocker is a good product and would be a good fit for kids and runners.

Disclosure:  I received two LaceLockers for the purpose of this review.  I received no other compensation, nor was I required to post a positive review.

My son’s shoe laces are forever coming untied. Even when we double knot them. Drives me CRAZY! I’d love to grab some of these for him.
