Add the gift of a warm hug with Bigelow Tea

Add a Warm Hug to Your Gift by Including Bigelow Tea

Those who know me know that I am a procrastinator at times.  This is one of those times.  Christmas is coming, and I’m trying to get all the shopping and gift-buying done.  However, I forgot that tomorrow is Marvel Boy’s last physical therapy appointment before Christmas.  We want to give his therapist a nice personal gift, but I’m running late.

That’s not a problem because I have a great idea for a personal/not too personal gift to give her.  Marvel Boy’s therapist has been so helpful in getting Marvel Boy to the point he is at.  Plus, she helped him get ready to walk a 5K earlier this fall, and he has grown very close to his therapist.  We want to give her just the right gift, and Bigelow is just the right addition to this gift to add a warm hug.  I mean, doesn’t a nice warm cup of tea give you warm fuzzies inside?

Since I was running behind, I ran over to Walmart to pick up everything I needed for the gift.  I had no problems finding the tea.  Doesn’t Salted Caramel tea sound yummy?

Gifts

When I got home, I got everything together.  We decided to give her a framed photo, Bigelow Salted Caramel tea, a mug, and a movie.  Now, all I had to do was to pick out just the right photo to print.

Choose a Picture

The kids and I scoured through MANY photos that we have taken over the years.  The kids decided on this beach sunrise from our fall vacation to Florida this year.  I pulled it up and printed it on photo paper.

Pictures Printed

Then, I was concerned the beach photo might not fit her decorating taste and printed a “back up” photo of the Grand Canyon with snow that I took several years ago.  This way, she has a choice.  I opened the frame and put both photos in with the beach photo displayed in the mat.

Gifts ready to wrap

Now, I’m ready to wrap the gifts.

Wrapped Gifts

I double wrapped the mug, so it wouldn’t bang too hard against the glass of the photo frame.  When I put the gifts in the gift bag, I made sure to add extra tissue paper to pad between the mug and the frame.  I don’t want any accidents on the way to therapy tomorrow!

Bigelow adds just the right touch.  It adds a warm personal feeling to this gift for a person who has become such a big part of our son’s life!

How are you doing with your gift shopping this year?  Are you looking for new gift ideas?  Check out the Bigelow website to find just the right tea that can be the star of your gift this holiday season!

What a thoughtful gift for such a special person! I love the addition of the personal photo you took yourself and the tea is just like you said, a warm hug to add to the gift. [client]

I have given tea as a gift many times over the years–a bunch of my friends are tea lovers. I love both coffee and tea. Personally I prefer pure peppermint tea. That salted caramel sounds like one my friend would adore!

That’s such a unique Christmas gift idea, so much thought has gone into it I’m sure she will really appreciate it. I haven’t finished shopping yet and the wrapping, that hasn’t been started, on my I am so behind!
