Stay Warm and Dry with Kamik Coldcreek Boots

I don’t know about you, but I always end up waiting until the last minute to buy boots.  Once the threat of snow is in the air, I’m heading out to find boots.  However, that way, I usually don’t end up getting the quality boots that I need, and then, I’m talking to myself as the cold leaks through my boots.  This year, I decided to try to break this pattern.  Knowing Don needed new boots, I started looking into boots for him.  Fortunately, an opportunity arose for him to review some boots.  I was hoping there would be some snow for him to try these boots out before sharing with you, but I’m not complaining about the fact that I don’t have to drive to work in the snow.  So, in case you haven’t purchased your boots yet due to the lack of snow, see what Don has to say about the Kamik Coldcreek boots.

Kamik Outer Tag

Don likes the fact that there is a microbial shield because when you wear boots, your feet tend to sweat, and hopefully, the microbial shield will prevent “stinky-boot syndrome”.  We both also like the fact that the boots are made in the USA.

Kamik Inner Tag

Kamik has been making boots for over 100 years, and since they are a Canadian brand, they have plenty of experience making boots that will keep you warm in the winter.  Also, who doesn’t love the fact that the boots are waterproof?  There shouldn’t be any slush seeping into these boots.

The boots look nice and also look rugged.  The sole looks like it will have good traction in the snow and slush.  Don can’t wait to try them out in winter weather, but alas, it’s supposed to be 67 today.  I’m sure he will still get a chance to use them this season, though!

Of course, most of the time these warm boots will be worn, the pants will be tucked inside.  Notice how tall these boots are.  These should be great for plodding through the snow while shoveling.

Most importantly, Don says these boots are comfortable and warm.  The way they are designed with the elastic at the top should keep snow from falling in the top should keep the snow out, keeping your feet dry.  He thinks the design of the Kamik Coldcreek boots are great for a northern snowy winter!  Personally, I like how great these boots are made and will have to see if I can find a women’s style for me!

The Kamik Coldcreek boot suggested retail price is $179.99, and they can be purchased online or in the store.  You can find participating stores on the Kamik website.  Make sure to check out more information about the Kamik Coldcreek boots and their features!

Disclosure:  We received a free pair of Kamik boots for the purpose of review.  All opinions are 100% ours.

We got all of the kids Kamik boots last year and they LOVED them! I’ve already got multiple pairs of boots in great condition or would get a pair for myself.

These would be perfect for watching my son run his cross country races, it’s always freezing. They look like really good quality boots, sometimes it’s worth paying extra.

You are so right that you have to plan ahead with boots so that you don’t find yourself searching through picked-over shelves of nothing! These look great!

    Really nice height on them!

Thankfully, we don’t have much need for winter boots where we live. Rain boots, on the other hand…those we could use!

These look and sound like amazing boots for anyone. I would love to get my sons a pair of these because our winters here are long and cold. It sure would pay off because then they would not have any excuse not to shovel for me. lol Thanks for sharing and I will be checking the Kamik Coldcreek boots out.

Come to think of it I need a pair of warm boots for this winter! No, it hasn’t snowed here yet either–but it is only a matter of time!
