Queen of the House

The Queen of the House Has Spoken – Switch to Sheba

This cat has been the strangest of all cats I have ever owned!  When we adopted her, she reminded us of a dog, and the vet suspected that she had been running with a pack of dogs.  Have you ever had a cat that growled when someone came to the door?  Black Beauty does…

Anyway, she is very vocal about her food.  When we get up in the morning, she is waiting, meowing until someone gets her some treats.  She LOVES her treats!  So, when Vocalpoint offered to send me some cat food, I was happy to let the queen try it out.

Whats in Sheba

On of the main reasons I wanted to let her try it was that meat is the first ingredient.  Now, that’s kind of funny for a vegetarian to say, isn’t it?  Well, the queen likes her meat…

Sheba Cat Food

This is the kit Vocalpoint sent the queen.  We decided to let her try the Chicken & Tuna entree first.

Preparing Pate for the Queen

So, I opened it up and put it in the bowl.  By this time, the queen was getting very upset that no one had given her a treat, yet.

Foods On

As soon as the bowl was placed on the floor, she headed right over and placed her entire face in the bowl.  It seemed like she kept her face in there for a VERY long time.

Licking Mouth

When she came up for air, she licked her mouth for a little bit.  Then, she went back for more.

After Food Snooze

After she finished her treat, she decided it was time for a nap.  She certainly liked her Sheba and wants to make the #SwitchToSheba.

Do you have a kitty?  Vocalpoint has a contest to win a year’s worth of Sheba cat food.  If you would like to enter, check out the information on Vocalpoint’s website.

Disclosure:  This post was sponsored by Vocalpoint and Sheba.  All opinions are those of the cat’s.
