Christmas Marshmallow Pops

I LOVE holiday food that is as decorative as it is yummy!  Don’t you?  Have you started planning or making your holiday treats for parties or work, yet?  These Christmas Marshmallow Pops would make a great centerpiece!

Christmas Marshmallow Pops

Christmas Marshmallow Pops Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 10 large marshmallows
  • ½ C. Wilton red candy melts
  • Green, red and white sprinkles
  • 10 candy Wilton candy sticks (optional)

*Wilton products can be found in the Wilton baking section at craft store and major retailers

Directions

  1. Heat candy melts in a microwave safe dish in 30 second increments stirring every 30 seconds until melted.  My microwave took about 2 minutes.  Allow to allow 2-3 minutes before dipping your marshmallows.
  2. Insert stick in each marshmallow if using the candy sticks.
  3. Dip marshmallows into the melted chocolate covering 1/2 of the marshmallow.
  4. Sprinkle the coated marshmallows with the candy sprinkles and lay on wax pap OR stand up in a short mug.  Repeat with the other marshmallows.
  5. Place the marshmallows in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to set.
