    I would say know the policies of the stores you shop at…especially which ones allow stacking. (and definitely make a list and plan ahead)

    Plan and prepare before you get to the grocery store. Take your coupons and be sure to shop at the store that has the bets prices and sales.

    sign up for the shopper’s cards, and follow the specials. Also, plan your meals based on the specials to save money.

    polanning it out! I shop for two weeks at a time, so i meal plan ahead of time.

    My best shopping tip is to shop the weekly sale ads and clip coupons out of the sunday paper.
