YOYO Lipgloss for Party Favors

Thank you Justice for sending the YOYO Lipgloss for my daughter’s birthday!

My daughter is definitely a girly-girl!  She picked out the pink and purple frosting for her cake and was really looking forward to it.  Unfortunately, it was pretty hot on her birthday, and we don’t have central air.  So, we decided to put off the cake part of her birthday until the temperature was cooler.  Yes, I offered to buy her a cake, but she was insistent on baking and decorating the cake herself.

What is really funny is that Justice had no idea what colors my daughter had picked out for her cake, but the colors of YOYO Retractable Lipgloss they sent matched perfectly.  Obviously, I’m the one with the initial “N”, so I got the grape lipgloss.  The one sent for DD14 was absolutely perfect for her!  Her favorite color is pink, and she loves bubblegum flavor.  She couldn’t wait to try it out!

I tried to get some good pictures of the lipgloss, but it is really hard with the reflective nature of the tubes and clips.  The lipgloss tubes, themselves, are fairly small.  In my mind, this is actually a good thing.  I prefer smaller tubes, so I’m not throwing out half-used tubes.

I really like the clips and actually considered using mine for my name badge, but I don’t want to get it dirty.  Knowing my luck, I would get something not-so-nice on it and have to throw it away.  Because of this, I’m keeping my clip attached to my lip glass where it belongs.  You might be wondering where a person would clip her lipgloss.  I personally would clip mine in the top of my purse or tote to have easy access.

My daughter has a totally different approach to what to do with her YOYO lipgloss.  She clips hers on the edge of her jeans pocket.

Because of the string inside of the clip, she is able to pull the lipgloss up high enough to put it on her lips before putting it up and letting it hang off her pants pocket again.  She is really enjoying her new lipgloss!
