Back to School with SanDisk Memory
Lately, I have found myself in the possession of one iPad mini, due to Mom’s recent phone trade-in. Now, don’t get me wrong, I am blessed to be able to own one of these. I do a lot of note-taking on there for schoolwork, and because of the 16G of space, I would like to have some extra memory space. Luckily, I managed to stumble upon a possible solution in the form of SanDisk Memory products.
My iPad doesn’t have a memory card slot. But, of course, this specific kind of memory card is not the only kind out there. And now I got that song from WALL-E stuck in my head…
This is the kind that I would use. It has a plug like the kind I use to charge the iPad. I betcha that this card holds quite a bit of memory.
On to the specifics! SanDisk has products from professional-grade camera memory to point-and-shoot SD cards to microSD cards that deliver industry-leading performance and reliability. Their SD cards are designed to be secure and compatible with all kinds of devices. You can record more 4K Ultra HD and Full HD video, and transfer speeds up to 60MB/s for action cameras, smartphones, and tablets and 80MB/s for DSLR cameras and camcorders. SanDisk microSD™ cards give a smartphone or a tablet a more responsive camera function and smoother media playback and there are capacity options from 4GB to 200GB. There’s even a chip out there for Android phones. They have a dual USB: one for the phone and one for your computer.
Now, here is where I say that I can think of ways to use these chips other than schoolwork. We have a vacation coming up, and I could use a chip like this for putting movies on for while we’re driving. I don’t only write notes for schoolwork on this iPad. I also write personal stories, and I could put those on one of these chips, thus taking them off of my memory and freeing up more space. If I wanted to, I could put pictures on there, so I can have a bigger selection for which cruise picture I should have for my background.
I haven’t seen these chips anywhere, but I have seen these chips on the Best Buy website. I haven’t found them in the store yet, but, then again, those stores are pretty big. You can take a look at Best Buy’s full selection here. I may be dropping by one of their stores and seeing if I can find one of these chips. Do you think you could use one of these chips for schoolwork or some other purpose?

My computer doesn’t have enough memory for my bajillion photos. I’m always buying new memory cards. 64 GB would hold a huge amount of memories.
My stepson is off to college in a few weeks and I got him an SD card for when he goes. I think it will help him a lot.
It seems that there is never enough storage for all of the photos we take these days. This looks like a great way to save all of those important memories.
I need to a get couple of these.
We have so many photos on our computer thst is can get a little slow and bogged down.
It’s always great to have back up items like these on hand. You never know when you need one!
Very handy to have! I have one son prepping for college and one about to start this is something they would benefit from!
I need to get one of these! I feel like I go through memory so quickly with the amount of pictures I take!
These are GREAT products to have especially for BTS. You can never have enough memory storage.
I love SanDisk! It’s the only SD memory card brand I’ll buy.
