We are enter the season of the many hints… Oh, I wish I could have _________. I want _______ for Christmas. I’m not going to talk about what kids want. How about discussing what the dads might want. Well, it wouldn’t have to just be for the dads because I sure would love to see a movie on one of these TVs!
Have you heard about the OLED TV from LG?
The stunning design of LG OLED TV is only 0.21″ thick at its thinnest point. Picture quality is spectacular, with Infinite Contrast that ranges from the most blazing whites to the deepest blacks. And, LG’s exclusive 4 Color Pixel technology delivers bright, vibrant colors.
Like seeing your child’s first steps or peering down the Grand Canyon, it sounds like the OLED TV is one that has to be seen and not read about. I sure can’t wait to see one at my local Best Buy on my next trip! Make sure to check out Best Buy’s page about the LG OLED TV, but let me share a few things that stood out to me:
- “OLED self-lighting pixels are able to switch on and off individually, offering the first infinite contrast ratio.”
- “LG’s 4 Color Pixel technology adds a white sub-pixel to the conventional three colors (red, green and blue) that enhances both color range and accuracy.”
Can you imagine watching all your favorite movies, shows, and games on a large curved TV with such a clear picture with wide range of colors and pixels? I wonder how Frozen would look on this TV? What movie would you like to see on this TV?
To me, this would be bringing the movie theater into my home. So many times, my kids ask to go to the movie theater to see one movie or another. However, most of the times we go to the theater, there is something in the previews or movie that upsets DS11. Either it’s too loud or too graphic for him. This would be so nice to have in my home, so we could see the movie like or better than what it would be in the theater. One can always dream, right?
It looks like there are different levels of LG OLED TVs at Best Buy, but there is one that is as low as $3499.99 which is Best Buy’s everyday price (save $500).
