I don’t know about you, but when I was growing up, money matters was a taboo subject. My parents never really mentioned it, and when I was older (high school and college), my father didn’t talk about it either. I was sent off to college with no knowledge of things like checking accounts or credit cards. It was a hard lesson to learn, and I don’t want my kids to end up that way.
I haven’t reviewed the book below, but the name Dave Ramsey is synonymous with financial knowledge, teaching, and stability. I hope to get one of these books for myself. For right now, I’m joining in on a giveaway to hopefully bless one of you with a book to help teach your kids about money.
I’m joining together with a few of my favorite bloggers to bring you this great giveaway. Make sure you check out Blogging Mom of 4’s review of Smart Money Smart Kids. The book launches April 22, 2014!
Giveaway will run through 4/22/14 at 11:59 pm EST. Giveaway open to US residents 18+. All you need to do is enter via the Rafflecopter below.
Good Luck!

We have a save/give/spend category for everything that comes in, from gifts to allowance to anything extra they earn. They can decide amounts, and sometimes I’m surprised by their generosity!
