Today, I want to share with you another Planet Explorers title:  Legoland Florida 2012.  This ebook is approximately 43 pages long and sells for $3.99 on Amazon.

If you’ve read my post about Jawbones, you’ll know that DS9 LOVES to build things with his hands.  As I type this post, there are Jawbones all over the schoolroom table, and Legos all over the floor.  In fact, we got one of those rolling under-the-bed plastic storage boxes to house all of his Legos in.  When he is done, he (theoretically) puts all of his Legos back in the box and rolls it under the bed.  What does all of this have to do with an ebook about planning a trip to Legoland?  Well, DS9 LOVES Legos, and he has begged to go to Legoland.  Are we going to go?  We’re still not sure, but it sure has been fun learning about Legoland.  As you can see above, the author has organized the book by area of the park.

Like the Epcot planning guide that I reviewed earlier, the Legoland 2012 ebook has hyperlinks to websites that give more information about the subject that she is addressing.  In the above case, she is linking to a website that tells about Albert Einstein.  Also, do you see two heights listed above?  The first height is the minimum height needed to be able to ride.  The second height is how tall the child needs to be to ride without an adult.

Legoland Florida was built on what was Cypress Gardens.  When it was Cypress Gardens, there were wonderful ski shows, and it appears that Legoland is continuing the ski show tradition, only the skiers are Lego minifigures.  I’m sure that would be interesting to see…  The author also includes some history about Cypress Gardens in this ebook.

If you are planning a trip to Walt Disney World, a side-trip to Legoland Florida might make a great day trip!

And now, I get to give a copy of this ebook to one lucky reader.

Please read the Terms & Conditions in the Rafflecopter Widget.  Disclaimer:  I received a copy of this ebook free of charge for the purpose of this review.  The opinions stated above are my own.  There may be affiliate links in this post.
