I don’t know about you, but Amy Grant has been a favorite Christian singer of mine for a long time! My favorites from her older albums are “Father’s Eyes” and “El Shaddai”. While I enjoyed her mainstream pop songs, her Christian songs remained my favorites.
Family Christian sent me a CD of Amy Grant In Motion The Remixes ($9.99) to listen to and share my thoughts with you. The songs on this CD are many of Amy Grant’s pop favorites that were remixed by well-known remix engineers and DJs. I must admit that I haven’t heard of these remix engineers and DJs, but I really don’t pay attention to names on a CD. I know I probably should, but I tend to just pop it in and listen. Anyway, here is a list of the songs that are included in this collection:
That’s What Love Is For
Stay for Awhile
You’re Not Alone
Every Heartbeat
Better Than A Hallelujah
Find a Way
Baby Baby
Say Once More
Bonus Mix: Stay For Awhile
Bonus Mix: Mega Mix
In listening to this CD, it reminded me of some of the remixes I’ve listened to on the radio over the years. It is definitely more upbeat and something that would be great motivation while walking and working out.

My favorite song is Lead Me On. I began loving her voice when I was in my teens. She inspired me to sing.
