Last month, I mentioned that my daughter was becoming a teenager. She didn’t want a cake this year. She wanted to make cupcakes with a decorating kit that I won. I agreed and set off to find an easy frosting recipe because I had never made frosting from scratch before. I finally found one that I thought would work well, and then, I bought the necessary ingredients.
The frosting turned out pretty well, and DD13 had a great time decorating all the cupcakes. She did a great job for her first time doing something like this.
In fact, she can’t wait to do this again!
